Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy governs reservations and services contracted with Limo VIP Transfers LLC, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Florida and the United States.


1. Scope

This policy applies to all services offered by Limo VIP Transfers LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Private Transportation
  • Airport and Port Transfers
  • VIP and Limousine Services
  • Pre-scheduled Trips and Special Reservations

2. Reservation Confirmation

  • A reservation is considered confirmed once Limo VIP Transfers LLC receives full or partial payment for the service.
  • By making a payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Returns and Refunds Policy.

3. Cancellations by the Client

3.1 Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance

  • The customer shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

3.2 Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours before the service

  • The client shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

3.3 Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice or No-shows

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • A «No-Show» is deemed to occur when the client fails to appear at the agreed-upon time and location without prior notice.

4. Changes in the Reserve

  • Date or time changes requested at least 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and will not incur a penalty.
  • Changes requested with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellations by Limo VIP Transfers LLC

If Limo VIP Transfers LLC cancels the service due to operational, mechanical, or safety reasons, or for causes attributable to the company:

The client will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, or

They may opt to reschedule the service at no additional cost.


6. Force Majeure and Delays

No refunds will be granted for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of Limo VIP Transfers LLC, including but not limited to:

Heavy traffic or accidents

Severe weather conditions

Road closures

Flight delays or cancellations

Government orders

In such cases, Limo VIP Transfers LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete the service safely.


7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only if:

The service is significantly interrupted due to a cause attributable to Limo VIP Transfers LLC.

The vehicle or service provided does not reasonably comply with the terms of the contract.

The determination of any partial refund shall be at the reasonable discretion of Limo VIP Transfers LLC, in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.


8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • The final crediting time will depend on the customer’s bank or payment processor.

9. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

Payment processing fees

Tolls, parking fees, or other charges already incurred

Partially utilized services


10. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the provisions of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and other state consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights granted to the consumer by the laws of the State of Florida.


11. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Florida.
